Responsibilities

Implement and support cutting-edge network infrastructure and IT assets that keep our operations running smoothly

Expand your technical expertise with mentoring, ongoing training, and opportunities to lead initiatives that shape your career path

Work closely with engineering, ERP administration, and other departments to ensure seamless connectivity and system reliability

Recommend and implement improvements to IT systems that enhance security, efficiency, and scalability

Set up and maintain network hardware and software assets

Serve as a “super-user” and “train-the-trainer” for IT processes and documentation

Enforce Acceptable Use Policy, maintain telephony assets, and ensure a secure environment for all company data

Maintain and update the Disaster Recovery Plan

Assist ERP Administrator when needed and contribute to IT strategy planning

Evaluate and recommend changes to meet organizational needs and improve system performance

Administer Office 365 and other critical systems
