Qualification
Required
Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with individuals and families
Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience with Case Management and the ability to develop and monitor service plans effectively
Proficiency in Customer Service and the capacity to address the unique needs and concerns of consumers in a professional manner
Experience in providing Technical Support or a willingness to learn technical tools related to case management systems
Bachelor's or Associates degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Knowledge of community resources and services is an asset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a team-oriented environment
