Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will be part of an innovative team that loves to evaluate RF systems, such as RADARs, jammers, or communications systems, including their software and signals, for capabilities, performance, and vulnerabilities
This individual is expected to work effectively in multi-disciplined engineering teams where communication and innovation are key

Required

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
Requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience
Department of Defense Top Secret is required at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Understanding of RF physical layer implementations
Advanced understanding of networking concepts
Experience with RF test equipment, such as RF signal generators and spectrum analyzers
Proficiency in communication protocol implementation and analysis in one or more of C, C++, Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, Wireshark
Experience with Digital Signal Processing
Ability to contribute to rapid prototyping of proof-of-concept capabilities
Strong ability to manage tasks and projects independently with urgency

Preferred

Agile experience preferred
Advanced degree in relevant field of study
Advanced understanding of cyber security concepts
Demonstrated problem-solving, verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skill
Proven technical leadership skills – ability to generate and deliver creative problem solutions
