Responsibilities
Design and implement product features that are secure, scalable, and maintainable
Work independently within self-organizing Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Analyze requirements, plan solutions, and identify risks in assigned workstreams
Implement features, provide bug fixes, and review code quality to ensure cloud-scale performance
Apply innovative thinking to optimize work and deliver best-in-class solutions
Understand requirements with limited guidance and develop product features proactively
Qualification
Required
2–4 years in software development, with a focus on enterprise web applications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC 3.5/4.0/4.5, WWF, Web API, SQL Server)
Solid understanding of client-side scripting (TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, Kendo)
Knowledge of design patterns and REST API development
Experience in complex software troubleshooting techniques
Ability to deliver software and artifacts independently
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and functional teams
Good understanding of project architecture and software development processes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Microsoft Azure
Experience with customer interaction and stakeholder management
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog and Log Analytics
Experience in working with AI-assisted tools
