Responsibilities

Coordinates and assists in front desk staffing, scheduling, and ensures the concierge staff is following all protocols and standards of operations

Expert on all services provided in order to communicate with members, staff and others

Responsible for managing the day-to-day spa operations. This includes the concierge staff and service providers

You are directly responsible for the culture of the environment driving the member loyalty, building relationships and delivering service excellence throughout each member’s experience

Ensuring boutique is properly replenished as needed throughout the day

Keeping an accurate record of orders needing to be placed

Making sure prices are up to date in system and what is on the floor

Putting out and merchandising new inventory as we receive it

Perform opening and closing procedures including reports and inventory

Oversee spa standards, conduct daily walk through and initiate maintenance as needed to ensure safety for members and staff

Effectively motivate self and staff, be able to communicate job responsibilities, expectations, member service standards and company policy/guidelines

Required

Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently

Detail oriented with retail and or merchandising background
