Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for financial and accounting systems (e.g., ERP, budgeting, or reporting tools)

Assist with user access management, system configurations, and routine maintenance tasks

Help troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate more complex problems as needed

Support system testing during upgrades, enhancements, or new implementations

Respond to and help resolve IT support requests related to data and financial applications

Assist with documentation, training materials, and user guides

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and system usage

Participate in special projects as assigned

Assist with data collection, validation, and preparation for reporting and analysis

Support ongoing data projects, including dashboards, data integrations, and process improvements

Help document data sources, workflows, and business logic

Perform basic data analysis and quality checks to identify inconsistencies or errors

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of databases, data structures, or reporting tools

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

Exposure to financial systems or ERP platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, NetSuite, or similar)

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Basic scripting or programming experience (Python, or VBA)

Strong interest in data, systems, and business process improvement
