They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Endoscopy Commercial Data Solutions team, where the role involves building and maintaining digital enablement platforms and delivering impactful analytics to support various internal functions and the Field Sales Organization.

Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define, own, and execute a scalable AI strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to commercial and enterprise priorities, with clear sequencing based on business value, feasibility, and risk
High-Impact Use Case Identification: Proactively identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across commercial functions that deliver measurable business outcomes
End-to-End AI Solution Delivery: Lead the full AI solution lifecycle from data exploration and model development through validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Tooling & Platform Enablement: Evaluate, select, and deploy fit-for-purpose AI tools and platforms, ensuring solutions integrate seamlessly into existing ecosystems
Governance, Risk, and Compliance Leadership: Establish and uphold AI governance standards, including model transparency, explainability, bias monitoring, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in partnership with Legal, IT, and Compliance teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner across Commercial, IT, Data, and Enterprise teams to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions and ensure alignment with broader technology strategies
Change Management & Adoption: Drive frontline adoption by embedding AI into existing workflows, delivering practical training, and clearly demonstrating value through pilots, storytelling, and performance metrics
Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define and track KPIs to measure AI adoption, effectiveness, and ROI; develop executive-ready reporting to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities
Innovation & Capability Building: Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and responsible innovation across the organization
Analytical Support: Offer specialized ad-hoc analytical assistance, including data interpretation, to meet varying project needs. Leverage critical thinking skills to provide insightful analyses
Operational Excellence: Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient support for our team by swiftly addressing requests. Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness and dedication to team-wide success
Salesforce Innovation Leadership: Act as a pivotal leader within the product owner team, spearheading the development of new Salesforce functionalities. Lead the rollout of new features, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal utilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience working with data and enablement tools
Minimum of 2 years' experience designing, developing, or operationalizing AI and machine learning solutions in a business environment
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Snowflake, MS SQL, HANA, or similar databases
Minimum of 2 years' experience with SQL, Python, VBA, or similar programming languages
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Minimum of 1 year of experience using analytical visualization tools such as Tableau
Expert-level proficiency in back-office applications, including Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact with all organizational levels
Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
Ability to travel up to 10% domestically
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience within the medical device industry supporting a field sales organization
Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting commercial operations
Demonstrated experience leading the deployment of AI and generative AI solutions across CRM, cloud, and data platforms, including Salesforce AI capabilities, Microsoft Azure–based AI services, and Snowflake Cortex or similar technologies
Proven expert-level analytical and problem-solving experience
Demonstrated expertise in advanced data manipulation and analysis
Proven experience influencing change
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle highly confidential information
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities under strict deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail
