Responsibilities
Analyze healthcare claims, revenue cycle, and financial data to support billing and operational decision-making
Apply advanced analytics and predictive modeling to identify claim denials, inefficiencies, and revenue opportunities
Proactively locate, validate, and interpret data needed to answer operational and business-critical questions
Build clear, impactful dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to recommend data-driven solutions that improve processes and outcomes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience using SQL to extract and analyze data
Working experience with Python for data analysis and modeling
Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and visualization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Preferred
Background in healthcare data, claims analysis, or revenue cycle analytics preferred
