Responsibilities
Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound and inbound outreach
Assist senior sales representatives with proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Meet or exceed assigned activity and performance targets
Always present a positive professional image of the organization
Adhere to all Resolute Security Policies and Procedures
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work collaboratively with others whom you have no direct authority over

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Strong teamwork and team synergy skills required
Ability and willingness to travel as needed, provide personal transportation for client meetings, conferences, and project site visits; reimbursed

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
Basic computer skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
CRM experience is a plus
