Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, friendly support via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers and distributors with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support
Resolve issues fully and with care, ensuring satisfaction and follow-through
Translate and explain product information and marketing materials for multilingual audiences
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Act as a brand ambassador — embodying our passion for skincare and commitment to excellence
Continually strive to exceed metrics and KPI expectations for customer service quality, responsiveness, and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong Bilingual skills: verbal and written communication
Minimum 2 years call center or customer service experience — must be proven
A natural communicator with strong listening and problem‑solving skills
Empathetic, positive, and customer‑first in every interaction
Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment while staying organized and professional
Strong computer skills required, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
Good time management skills
Ability to commute to Irvine, CA 92618

Preferred
Proficient/Fluent in Vietnamese or Chinese is a major PLUS! (Other Bilingual candidates will be considered too)
Direct Sales/Network Marketing Industry knowledge is a plus
