Responsibilities
Lead and manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS
Ensure accurate general ledger accounting and reconciliation
Support internal and external audits, including coordination with auditors
Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Assist in process improvements and system enhancements within the finance function
Qualification
Required
SAP S4/HANA experience is mandatory
Prior experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences industries
CPA certification or currently on CPA track
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
