Account Manager - Wholesale Distribution

Responsibilities
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new opportunities among existing customers
Account Manager will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel
This role will act as liason with our UK teams in billing and collections
Attending and supporting customer events and trade shows is expected
Qualification
Required
Effective communication skills
Proficiency with CRM software
Have a general comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and goals
Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in 'Selling via Phone' successfully
