They are seeking a Non-Profit Operations Intern to support the administrative and operational backbone of their community programs, managing communications and coordination across a network of local stakeholders.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to general email communications
Coordinate follow-ups with:
Local businesses
Non-profit partners
Volunteers and event participants
Sponsors and vendors
Help track conversations, contacts, and next steps
Assist with scheduling, reminders, and basic operational organization
Support community programs, workshops, and initiatives as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of GNV.AI
Qualification
Required
Organized and communicative
Ability to monitor and respond to general email communications
Ability to coordinate follow-ups with local businesses, non-profit partners, volunteers, event participants, sponsors, and vendors
Ability to track conversations, contacts, and next steps
Ability to assist with scheduling, reminders, and basic operational organization
Ability to support community programs, workshops, and initiatives as needed

Curiosity, reliability, and clear communication
