They are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to ensure the quality and accuracy of medical and psychological health assessments by developing and maintaining quality assurance standards and processes.

Perform quality assurance checks on medical and psychological exam reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and protocols

Assist in providing feedback to new providers on report structure

Document and report on quality assurance activities and findings

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Excellent typing skills

Proficiency in medical terminology and experience in report processing

Preferred

Two years of experience or education related to the medical and/or legal field
