Required

Proven accounting experience (trucking/logistics Must have)
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategies aligned with company goals, supporting expansion and efficiency
Operational Finance: Partner with operations to optimize routes, manage fuel costs, improve warehouse profitability, and control overall logistics expenses
Cash Flow & Treasury: Manage working capital, optimize cash flow, and oversee capital allocation for fleet, technology, and investments
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency fluctuations, interest rates, and market volatility, and manage ESG reporting
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax laws, and regulatory requirements; oversee audits and accurate financial reporting
Strong knowledge of payroll and financial reporting
High attention to detail and accuracy
