Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, application implementations, cybersecurity initiatives, legal technology deployments, and process improvement projects

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans

Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Information Security, Knowledge Management, Legal Operations, Finance, and external vendors

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively recommending mitigation strategies

Ensure projects adhere to firm standards for security, compliance, data privacy, and legal risk management

Support change management and adoption efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and post-implementation reviews

Track and report project progress, milestones, and outcomes to IT leadership and firm management

Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, templates, and governance processes
