Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing, procurement, planning, vendor scheduling, customer service, and quality
Manage and develop a cross-functional team, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
Partner with global operations, local leadership, sales, and customers to ensure strong communication and service levels
Optimize inventory, processes, and KPIs using SAP, Excel, and Power BI to drive visibility and efficiency
Oversee and continuously evaluate 3PL performance and vendor scheduling effectiveness
Act as escalation point for customer and quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Build strong customer relationships to support trust, loyalty, and overall customer experience
Qualification
Required
10 + years of experience in a Supply Chain Management
Current SAP experience
Proven Leadership skills
