Responsibilities
Drive revenue through new business development, upselling, and account retention across exhibit space and sponsorship products
Proactively prospect for new exhibitors while managing and growing assigned accounts
Develop proposals and negotiate contracts that align with client goals and event objectives
Accurately manage and forecast your sales pipeline using Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date account details and activity records
Achieve assigned revenue, retention, and activity goals
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to ensure repeat participation
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging exhibitor categories
Attend industry events and competitive shows as needed for business development
Qualification
Required
B2B sales experience with a strong preference for trade show or event sales
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and retention
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented with a sense of urgency and high level of accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
