Alpitronic is a fast-growing company focused on sustainable mobility and innovative charging infrastructure solutions. They are seeking a skilled 1st Level IT Support Specialist to maintain IT operations, support system improvements, and enhance employee productivity.

Responsibilities

Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware

Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements

Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity

Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software

Collaborate with team members and across departments to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network-related issues

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures, system configuration and repair records

Manage IT Assets, including physical storage and digital asset list

Monitor system and network performance, addressing and rectifying issues or anomalies as they arise

Conduct system upgrades as required to enable system functionality and security

Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, contributing to their ongoing development

Ad-hoc support in the delivery of IT projects

Required

A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support roles

Proficiency in a range of computer systems, networks and software, particularly those in use by the company

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Experience working in an international environment
