Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Manage and analyze headcount plans, movement, and analysis working closely with cross functional teams

Maintain and evolve capacity models for sales, relationship management, and value-added services across customer segments and markets

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management, investors, and stakeholders

Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, analyze trends, identify areas for business optimization

Collaborate with enterprise-wide teams to develop annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and strategic initiatives

Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROI analysis, and provide recommendations to optimize capital allocation

Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration

2+ years of experience in finance related roles

Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis

Preferred

MBA or Masters in Finance (MSF)

Experience with Oracle Netsuite and FP&A reporting software

Wealth Management, Finance, or FinTech industry experience

Capacity modeling experience

Ability to influence without authority
