Responsibilities

Serve as a technical resource on complex land development and water resources projects
Provide high-level technical review and approval of plans, reports, calculations, and specifications
Support Project Managers on complex projects by offering guidance on design approaches, risk mitigation, and constructability
Assist with troubleshooting challenging design issues and ensuring technical consistency across projects
Participate in proposal development by defining technical approaches, scopes, and QA/QC plans
Lead and continuously improve KEITH’s civil engineering QA/QC program
Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering professional development and technical growth

Qualification

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)Land development expertiseWater resources expertiseTechnical guidanceCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida
Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and water resources
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
Strong communication skills, with the ability to easily build strong relationships
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects
