Responsibilities
Perform integration, regression, and functional testing on new and existing systems
Assist the Quality Assurance Analysts in certifying systems as production-ready
Create, edit, and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements
Build and maintain test data, conditions, and environments needed to support testing
Identify defects, gaps, and opportunities to improve testing processes
Track and report testing activity, including execution time, delays, and defects
Coordinate and schedule testing activities across teams and environments
Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication of testing status, risks, and results
Support development of project scope, schedules, costs, and communication plans
Manage testing timelines, quality, risks, issues, and change control
Support successful implementation and release of system changes
Act as a subject matter expert for business functions, systems, and testing processes
Support team members with questions, issue resolution, and knowledge sharing
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent education, training, and experience
Experience testing complex systems across multiple platforms
Strong knowledge of development and operations frameworks (SDLC, ITIL, etc.)
Experience using Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and reporting
Advanced organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to clearly present findings, risks, and recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
