HR Business Partner – Investment Services, Managing Director

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management / succession planning
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, providing coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and change management
Lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives such as performance management, talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement
Collaborate with COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations) to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to inform decision-making and identify trends or risks
Represent HR in governance forums, executive meetings, and cross-functional working groups
Champion a culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability

Required

At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic business partner role supporting senior leadership
Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization, including C-suite
Strong business acumen and good understanding of the global financial service industry, preferably with focus on Investment Services
Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and transformation initiatives
Deep knowledge of HR disciplines including talent management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development
Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
