Analyze financial performance and market trends to identify opportunities
Develop strategies to maximize asset value in partnership with key internal teams
Provide leadership on budgeting, capital allocation, and operational efficiencies
Support acquisition underwriting and due diligence processes
Lead reporting efforts to monitor and enhance portfolio performance
Mentor junior analysts and guide strategic decisions based on financial insights
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Excel and financial models
Experience in multi-family real estate, or similar asset types
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and work ethic
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
8+ years in asset management or financial services, with a background in multi-family or similar asset types
Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cash management
Proven ability to manage large-scale portfolios and lead cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
