Responsibilities

Execute investment casting operations including wax injection, wax assembly, grinding, and related shop-floor processes

Develop and maintain tooling history databases and project tracking tools to monitor progress, risks, and roadblocks

Prepare and review technical documentation such as CMM verification reports, mold qualification reports, and technical service requests

Interpret, review, and balloon engineering drawings; verify accuracy of Device History Records (DHRs)

Perform laboratory activities including preparation of chemical baths, post-processing of 3D-printed wax parts, silicone mold fabrication, and laser etching

Support project reporting and communicate status updates to engineering leadership
