Regional Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor marketing programs across the region to increase occupancy, revenue, and resident retention
Compose regional marketing plans aligned with property business objectives, sub-market dynamics, and competitive landscape
Ensure compliance with leasing and marketing SOPs and performance standards across all assigned properties
Continuously research and recommend new marketing channels, platforms, and strategies to improve lead generation and revenue
Create, review, and update property marketing content regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company standards
Provide regional-level training and coaching on marketing programs, leasing tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing best practices
Train property teams on social media strategy, advertising campaigns, events, renewal initiatives, outreach opportunities, and online reputation management
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and share best practices across properties
Partner with RVP and corporate marketing leadership to align property-level and regional marketing strategies
Serve as the regional marketing expert, advising campaign execution, branding, and advertising initiatives
Support acquisition and onboarding of new properties and teams from a marketing perspective
Monitor regional marketing KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Provide recommendations for annual marketing budget allocations and spending
Lead change management efforts related to new marketing initiatives, platforms, and processes, ensuring adoption and sustained performance at the property level
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years' multifamily marketing experience supporting a minimum of 30 properties across various asset types
Proficient in social media content development, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to influence across multiple properties and departments
Effective organizational, time management, and project management skills
Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region
Works well independently, takes initiative and can effectively prioritize with minimal supervision
