Manage comprehensive data and spreadsheets. Prepare and present findings to management
Participate in salary surveys, monitor data, upload data into the platform, and review findings
Develop and maintain a salary structure and grading system
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in job evaluation, market-based pay benchmarking, and salary structuring are required
Strong Workday skills
Strong analytical thinking
Keen eye for detail
Proficiencies in Workday, Excel, and Salary.com
Strong research skills
Attention to detail
Preferred
A CCP certification is a major plus but not required
