Student Assistant - FWS

Responsibilities
Providing assistance to Asset & Logistics staff in overall daily operations as requested: scanning, filing, data entry, and inventory
Assisting staff with the inventory of parts/commodities in both the warehouse and assorted closets and storerooms
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled USF student
Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year in order to apply for this position
Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award by saving their 'Award Overview' screen as a print screen and then pasting it into a Word or PDF document and upload it as part of any additional required application materials
If other documents (in addition to your FWS award) are required as part of your application, you must upload ALL documents as one document
Preferred
Applicants with a valid Florida Driver's license with a clean driving record and some experience driving large vehicles such as pick-up trucks or lift trucks
Applicants able to view, test and pass the USF golf cart on-line training class
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
