Account Manager, Digital Integrated Advertising

They are seeking an Account Manager, Digital Advertising to manage client relationships and oversee digital-focused marketing campaigns, ensuring clear communication and measurable results.
Responsibilities
Proven experience working in an agency environment
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while executing concurrent marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, paid search, social media, and programmatic media
Working knowledge of end-to-end digital campaign workflows—from strategy and messaging to execution, tracking, and reporting—and the ability to hold teams accountable throughout the process
Confidence in “talking the talk” with clients, translating digital strategy and performance into clear, actionable insights
Serve as a strategic client partner, supporting client goals across all digital channels
Ability to review, interpret, and provide thoughtful feedback on monthly and quarterly performance reports
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and identify growth opportunities
Strong presentation skills with experience leading client status meetings and formal presentations
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Ability to support, mentor, and delegate to junior team members
Experience with website development a big plus!
Support senior team members in the development of project plans and client budgets
Assist with managing and overseeing the financial health of assigned accounts
Identify and support organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships
Contribute to the development of client billing forecasts and projections
Oversee day-to-day campaign development, execution, and optimization
Address business challenges with creativity, decisiveness, and clarity
Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, market landscape, target audiences, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities to continuously add value to client relationships
Demonstrate a professional demeanor with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Contribute to agency and client communications, both written and verbal
Deliver effective, persuasive presentations to internal teams and clients
Exhibit strong business writing skills across emails, presentations, and client documentation
