They are seeking a high-performing Project Manager / Estimator to lead both estimating and project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids, analyzing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Manage projects from award to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and crew oversight
Monitor budgets, track costs, and handle change orders to ensure profitability
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, teams, and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication and expectations
Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams, continuously improving workflows and operational efficiency
Review project plans, interpret technical specifications, and uphold quality and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in project management and estimating
Leadership skills to manage and mentor project teams
Financial acumen to monitor budgets and handle change orders
Ability to prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids
Experience in managing projects from award to completion
Strong communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, teams, and subcontractors
Ability to review project plans and interpret technical specifications
