Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across multiple teams

Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams

Translate business requirements into technical deliverables

Create and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies

Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

Review technical designs, architecture documents, and implementation plans

Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, and quality standards

Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates

Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-production support
