Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Sales team, responsible for qualifying leads, outreach to potential clients, and building long-term relationships to drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Qualifying Leads: BDRs evaluate leads generated from marketing campaigns to determine if they are potential sales opportunities
Outreach: They reach out to potential clients through cold calls and emails
Relationship Building: Building long-term, trusting relationships with clients is essential
Business Opportunities: Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
Meeting Setup: Setting up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
Reporting: Regularly reporting sales results to the Business Development Manager
Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing/payment plans

Qualification

Sales TechniquesCRM SoftwareCommunicationPresentation SkillsBusiness Development Experience

Required

Ideally work/intern experience as a BDR, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role or recent grad with a Bachelor's degree in business
Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calls
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field is desired but not required
