Responsibilities
Develop and execute visual concepts across digital, social, print, and campaign work
Collaborate closely with copywriters and senior creatives to build idea-led creative
Translate briefs into polished, thoughtful visual executions
Maintain brand consistency and high craft across all deliverables
Present work internally and support client presentations
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging platforms
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Designer or Art Director in a creative agency
Passionate self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong portfolio showing concept-driven, multi-channel work
Solid foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma and motion skills are a plus
Understanding of digital and social best practices
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow
Preferred
Motion, animation, or video experience
Exposure to integrated campaigns or brand systems
Basic UX/UI knowledge
