Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive credit analysis to evaluate applicants' financial backgrounds and creditworthiness
Assess loan applications through detailed underwriting processes, ensuring adherence to company guidelines
Perform cash flow analysis to determine the financial viability of applicants
Engage in equity research to support decision-making processes regarding investments and loans
Utilize data collection techniques to gather relevant information for underwriting assessments

Required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all assessments

Preferred

Knowledge of fraud prevention detection techniques is highly desirable
