Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair electrical components in a residential environment

Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality, as evaluated through post-installation inspections and customer feedback. Achieve first-time installation success rate as defined by your manager, ensuring minimal revisits or callbacks due to installation-related issues

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to customers during service calls to ensure we are meeting all of the customer’s needs

Continuously update and enhance technical skills through training, certifications, and staying updated on industry best practices

Complete service calls within the established timeframes, meeting or exceeding the company's productivity standards

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls, work performed, and parts used in the ServiceTitan platform, with a high data accuracy rate

Maintain a perfect safety record by following all safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure zero safety incidents or accidents within the performance period

Provide effective mentoring and guidance to less experienced electricians, fostering their skill development and contributing to their success

Uphold professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members

Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance, arriving at scheduled service calls on time and adhering to the assigned work schedule

Required

Proven experience as a residential service electrician, with a comprehensive understanding of residential electrical systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues accurately

Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally and courteously

Dedication to safety, adhering to safety guidelines and promoting a safe work environment

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Residential Electrical service: 4 years (Required)

Preferred

Familiarity with the Nexstar Service System is a plus

Proficiency in using ServiceTitan or similar service management software a plus

Service Titan: 1 year (Preferred)
