Responsibilities
Schedule interviews, prepare and distribute related materials
Coordinate recruiting and staffing activities related to attracting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding talent
Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to communicate hiring progress with leaders and candidates
Initiate and track pre-employment checks

Required

Focus: Strong ability to stay on task and manage responsibilities effectively
Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships
Preferred
Experience with Workday Recruiting
Experience in recruiting, human resources, or marketing
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience managing calendars and scheduling events
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications used in recruitment
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
