The role involves leading Agile teams, managing project scope, schedule, and resources while collaborating with executive stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead one or more dedicated Agile teams to deliver business and technical functionality
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
Partner with Product Owners to ensure prioritized backlogs are well-defined and ready for execution
Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and promote continuous improvement
Track and report key Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, capacity, and delivery forecasts
Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, communications, and resources for strategic initiatives
Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery forecasts
Translate technical execution into business impact for leadership and executive stakeholders
Prepare and deliver status updates, executive presentations, and risk assessments
Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and vendors in a matrixed Agile environment
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles
Strong experience in Agile SDLC and application delivery
Proven ability to work with executive-level stakeholders
Experience managing complex, multi-team initiatives
Ability to communicate clearly between technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and delivery planning
Agile practices including backlog management, velocity, burndown, sprint planning, and grooming
Project Management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communications, resources)
Experience with software development and QA lifecycles
Understanding of cloud migration, enterprise platforms, or infrastructure modernization
Familiarity with capacity planning, dependency management, and sequence sizing
Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication
Ability to translate technical details into business value
Servant leader who can influence without authority
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable making decisions, escalating risks, and driving accountability
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
AWS preferred
Jira (preferred), Asana, or similar Agile tools
MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Project Portfolio Management tools (Clarity, Daptiv, Microsoft EPM a plus)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / CSP preferred
PMP or PMI-ACP a plus
