Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for complex enterprise environments

Define scalable billing architectures ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit standards

Prepare and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for advanced billing functionalities

Collaborate with finance and sales teams to optimise billing processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer experience

Manage cross-functional implementation teams, ensuring proactive risk management and adherence to governance frameworks

Conduct client workshops and provide strategic advisory on billing optimisation, leveraging automation and analytics

Oversee testing phases, cutover planning, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless business continuity

Engage senior stakeholders to align billing strategies with enterprise objectives and financial compliance requirements
