Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Entra, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Defender
Deploy and maintain Azure Virtual Desktops, including configuration, scaling, and user provisioning
Support and maintain API connections and integrations for business applications
Build and customize SharePoint sites and intranet pages to meet team needs
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for both Windows and macOS
Configure laptops, peripherals, and software for new hires
Maintain office network infrastructure, including ethernet, Wi-Fi, and port configuration
Respond to IT support tickets promptly and effectively
Implement IT security measures, endpoint protection, and threat detection
Manage data backup and recovery solutions
Ensure compliance with security best practices and firm policies
Research and recommend technology tools to improve workflows
Assist in implementing AI solutions to automate tasks and enhance productivity
Stay current on emerging technologies that could benefit the firm
Monitor systems to address potential issues before they escalate
Maintain IT documentation for processes, systems, and troubleshooting steps
Collaborate with teams to understand technology needs and recommend solutions
