Manage an active and engaging caseload from day one

Qualification

Licensed attorney in MassachusettsCivil defense litigation experienceToxic tort experienceProduct liability experienceResearchWriting skillsAnalytical skillsMediation/arbitration experienceCommunication skillsInterpersonal abilitiesNegotiation skillsCollaborative mindset

Required

Licensed attorney in Massachusetts
2+ years of civil defense litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery, motions, legal research, depositions, and client reporting
Strong research, writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and comfort managing multiple deadlines
A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of assignments

Preferred

Toxic tort and/or product liability experience strongly preferred
Dual licensure in CT or RI is a plus
Mediation/arbitration experience is a plus
