Responsibilities

Design, document, and evolve IT processes, policies, and standards

Identify gaps and lead improvements that strengthen clarity and consistency

Partner with IT leaders to reinforce adoption and shared accountability

Define clear internal & external expectations, SLAs, scorecards, and success measures

Establish project management standards, tools, and delivery practices

Lead planning, risk management, reporting, and governance for key initiatives

Build portfolio-level visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs

Strengthen intake, prioritization, and disciplined execution with business partners

Set QA expectations to ensure solutions are ready, reliable, and high quality

Support structured change management, communications, and readiness

Ensure smooth transitions from implementation to steady-state support

Provide proactive oversight of technology partners and service providers
