Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative IT support
Assist with user provisioning and access management activities
Gather and document requirements from subject matter experts
Perform research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative as needed)
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process artifacts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various levels of staff
Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation
Support systems analysis, design, and operational initiatives
Ensure professionalism in all interactions, with a strong focus on service quality
Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and changing priorities
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Basic understanding of IT systems and networking principles

Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
0–3 years of experience in IT, systems support, or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Recent graduates or candidates with internships are encouraged to apply

Preferred

Exposure to provisioning, access management, or IAM
Basic experience with systems analysis or IT operations
Familiarity with process improvement or automation concepts
Experience working in a service-oriented or operational IT environment
