Responsibilities

Leverage technology and analytical tools to collect and analyze procurement data to support tactical decision-making and long-term cost savings

Support the development of purchasing function metrics and the development of ongoing Buyer performance reporting

Assist in the analysis, evaluation, and optimization of purchasing methods and procedures, and support purchasing process automation initiatives for efficiency gains

While updating established record repositories, actively look for improvements in record keeping and reporting capability

Leverage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders while managing invoice exceptions and resolving issues timely

Escalate concerns to Purchasing leaders as needed

Support the processing of purchase orders accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and supplier agreements
