Marketing Assistant
Seward & Kissel LLP is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to join their Business Development and Marketing team. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals, while providing support through various marketing and administrative tasks.

Conduct research on various topics
Collect and analyze data
Data input
Copy editing
Draft posts in WordPress and HubSpot
Basic graphic design tasks primarily executed in Canva or similar programs
Entry level/basic assistance with event preparation and execution, including researching venues, outreach to event vendors and assisting with onsite event management and preparation of event materials (name tags, swag, reference materials etc)
Support the business development and marketing department with administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–3 years of experience in marketing or administrative support role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task
Must be resourceful and proactive to the needs of the Firm with the ability to maintain information accurately
Proficiency with MS Suite software such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required
Preferred
Preferably would also have proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot and/or WordPress
