They are seeking a Senior Territory Production Underwriter to join their Commercial Casualty team, responsible for underwriting and pricing new and renewal business in the Excess & Surplus marketplace, focusing on production and profitability.

Responsibilities
Underwrite and price complex E&S commercial casualty risks, including coverage, terms, and conditions
Evaluate risk acceptability by analyzing exposures and underwriting data to support sound decision-making
Actively market the territory through producer and wholesale broker visits
Build and maintain strong producer relationships to support retention and profitable growth
Achieve production, profitability, and loss ratio goals within the assigned territory
Monitor market conditions and competitive trends to identify new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Commercial Casualty underwriting experience, preferably within the E&S / surplus lines market
Proven Production Underwriting and/or Territory Marketing experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risks
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
