Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development
Practical experience using Generative AI tools (Copilot GenAI preferred) in software development
Experience working with Azure cloud services
Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms
Experience building OLTP systems and data-intensive applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development
Practical experience using Generative AI tools (Copilot GenAI preferred) in software development
Experience working with Azure cloud services
Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms
Experience building OLTP systems and data-intensive applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
