The role involves ensuring seamless onboarding and successful adoption for a range of Enterprise Customers while acting as a strategic partner throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions that uncover processes, pain points, and goals; even when customers aren’t sure how to explain them
Turn ambiguous or resistant requirements into clear implementation plans aligned with product roadmap
Guide change-averse stakeholders with empathy, clarity, and structure
Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to advocate for customer needs and influence the roadmap
Build repeatable approaches as you go, balancing scale with flexibility
Prioritize usability and long-term success over short-term fixes
Educate and train customers, tailoring best practices to their unique contexts
Set the tone for a lasting partnership by delivering early wins and creating a roadmap for ongoing success
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in implementation, solutions consulting, or onboarding (SaaS environment)
Proven ability to lead discovery and solutioning without mature playbooks or rigid processes
Creative problem-solver; you adapt on the fly and design smart, practical solutions
An empathetic communicator, skilled at working with hesitant or resistant stakeholders
Ability to balance product limitations with user needs and craft thoughtful workarounds
A product-first mindset: curious about improving both the 'what' and 'how' of delivery
Technical acumen to troubleshoot and approach issues with a solutions mindset
Strong translation skills, turning technical detail into clear business value
Experience in early-stage SaaS or newly launched products
Familiarity with usability-first design thinking
Change management or stakeholder alignment experience
Reliable, accountable, and able to drive projects to completion on time
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, light-process environment
Preferred
Experience launching a new-to-market SaaS product is a major plus
