Responsibilities
Analyze portfolio performance across a multifamily real estate platform
Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards
Prepare reporting and insights for senior leadership and investment committees
Partner closely with investment, asset management, and operating teams
Support ad hoc strategic analysis to inform capital allocation and key business decisions
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment analysis, or strategy
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Comfort working cross functionally and presenting to senior leadership
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Preferred
Exposure to real estate, investments, or operating businesses strongly preferred
