Review, research, and update health insurance coverage; submit and bill medical claims to insurance carriers when new coverage is identified, and follow up on returned denials and payments
Conduct casualty and trauma claim reviews
Manage premium payments to external carriers and reconcile any premium discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
1–2 years of experience in medical claims billing
