A seasoned, reputable team led by one of the country’s top ranked litigators in Privacy and Data Security by Chambers USA and Chambers Global

Experience in crisis management, incident response, and or government and internal investigations involving complex or technology-related issues

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, highly organized and strong critical and analytical skills

Required

2-4 years of relevant experience

Experience in cybersecurity law, government investigations and crisis management

Knowledge of computer science, information technology and/or engineering

Knowledge of cybersecurity laws and industry standards including: Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), CMMC 2.0, SEC Cybersecurity Disclosure Rule, Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (CIRCIA), GLBA Safeguard Rules, HIPAA Security Rule

Knowledge of state cybersecurity requirements and data breach laws

Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Systems and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II audits, PCI-DSS

Experience in crisis management, incident response, and/or government and internal investigations involving complex or technology-related issues
